Hello, I am very proud to be the owner of Little Tigers, and I have owned and operated nurseries since 2016. Little Tigers is the first setting that we have been able to design and build to our own specifications as it was just a shell when we signed the lease in 2021.
My vision was to create a nursery in which each room was ideally suited for the age of the children with an emphasis on being light and airy and with easy access to the outdoors. I was particularly keen to create an outdoor space that was exciting for the children with lots of climbing frames, Wendy houses but also had space for living plants.
While the physical space is clearly vitally important, what really makes a nursery special is the quality of the team who are nurturing and provide the care and development every child needs.
My number one priority is to build the very best team of nursery practitioners that I possibly can, and this starts with our manager and room leaders. Sandra leads our team and is highly experienced and I believe we are very fortunate to have her leading our setting. We share a passion for Continual Professional Development, and we try to apply this to ourselves as much as our team.
Sandra and I are often very touched by the feedback we receive in the reviews that parents post but we are never complacent and are always looking for ways that we can continually improve Little Tigers.
Sandra Yiangu
Hello, my name is Sandra and I am the Nursery Manager at Little Tigers, Park Royal.
I have been working in childcare since 2001 and have been in this nursery since January 2023. I hold childcare qualifications in Levels 3 and 4, as well as the lead SENCO. I am extremely passionate about ensuring children and their families receive the right start and support into their early year’s journey. My vision is to provide quality childcare and services across the board for all children and their families. As a nursery we pride ourselves on recognising individual’s needs and implementing early interventions and offer support to all children regardless of their abilities and background. I look forward to welcoming you and your child to our nursery and discussing your child’s individual needs.
Brittany Archibald –
Room Leader, Little Cubs
Hi, my name is Brittany and I am the Toddler Room Leader at Little Tigers, Park Royal.
I have been working in childcare since 2019 and joined Little Tigers in March 2023. I hold a L3 qualification in childcare and I am the SENCO assistant. I’m very passionate about supporting children with additional needs. I put 100% into my work and I bring energy and fun!
Latha Souprayal –
Room Leader, Little Tigers
Hi, my name is Latha and I am the Preschool Room Leader at Little Tigers, Park Royal.
I have been working since 2022 and joined Little Tigers in September 2022. I hold a Level 1, 2 and 3 qualification in childcare. Currently, I am responsible for managing the Preschool Room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I am a very kind and friendly person I maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. I am committed to continuous professional growth and always eager to acquire new skills to enhance my practice. During my free times I love crafting, drawing and making jewellery.
