The Government provides funding for Early Years Care via the Free Entitlement scheme, and we try to be as flexible as we can so that everyone can benefit from this support. Accordingly, we accept children in receipt of Free Entitlement (FE) on either a term time only for 38 weeks or stretched basis for 51 weeks a year. We have a limited number of Free Entitlement Only places which are for eligible children attending during Term Time only during either the 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm session.
For fee paying children who are also in receipt of Free Entitlement we stretch the weekly Term Time allowance of either 15 or 30 hours over 51 weeks which means that the weekly allowance is either 11 or 22 hours. The Government funding is not intended to cover the cost of hot/cold meals, snacks, drinks, sun cream, consumables, additional hours, or additional services.
To access a funded place, we generally charge for a full 10-hour day attended as follows:

NB. In certain circumstances we are able to apply funding to a session which is fewer than 5 hours, and this will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
With the exception of children aged 9 months to 23 months, there will be an additional charge for consumables for a child who is in receipt of funding for all or part of a day, as follows:
